About Me

I’ve called Fredericksburg, Texas home since 1990. I grew up here, graduated from the local high school, and built my life in this beautiful community.

My journey into photography began in 2019 in an unexpected way. The real estate agent I was working for at the time wanted to cut costs on listing photos — which meant I needed to learn how to take them. I didn’t even own a camera then, but he opened a drawer and handed me a Canon Rebel, and that’s where it all started.

What followed was a lot of trial and error, long nights, a few tears, and more YouTube tutorials than I can count. But through that process, I discovered not just a skill, but a passion. I began building my photography business, soon working with multiple local agents. That naturally led to opportunities with builders and short-term rental owners, expanding both my experience and creative range. One project even took me to Palm Springs, California, where I was flown out to photograph a newly renovated hotel.

Today, my work continues to grow beyond real estate as more clients seek me out for a variety of photography needs — something I’m incredibly excited about as I keep expanding my craft. To see examples, check out my "Stories" page.
